Meditation
Meditation is quite simple. However, I didn’t know that until about 8 years into my practice. Quieting the mind especially nowadays is rather difficult. We are use to 24/7 stimulation, and calming the mind is essential.
Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training your mind and tuning it into your awareness. This will allow you a healthy sense of perspective.
